These efforts are essential to provide a safe and comfortable viewing environment for all attendees, but we came to the decision that this will require more time and resources than originally anticipated.

After thorough discussions with all relevant parties, we have concluded that additional time and preparation would be necessary to meet the required standards for safe and successful event execution. Therefore, with deep regret, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event.

Please note that there will be no rescheduled date for the Osaka performance. Refunds will be issued to all customers who purchased tickets for the Bruno Mars Fireworks Show 2025 Osaka.

The refund method and period will be from 10:00 on Saturday, October 25 to 23:59 on Friday, November 21, and for details, each play guide will contact you sequentially at the registered email address.

Please check it when you receive the email. In addition, if you have purchased “B seat (unreserved seat / Senshu discount) Loppi limited”, please complete the refund procedure at Loppi at your local Lawson store and receive the refund at the cash register.
